  metadata to "generic" metadata. Packaging is now done with *setuptools*.

  to *invoke* (incomplete). Also, remove ``Makefile``.

  configuration filename (now ``minchin.jrnl.yaml``). The included upgrade
  process should automatically manage this, if you are upgrading.

  ``minchin.jrnl`` namespace.
