**Q**. A customer that is interested in turning off the Smart Assistant feature on their system.  After the customer has been already set up, how do we proceed in turning this feature off?
 
**A**. They can turn it off from the app themselves. 
 
Thermostat, settings (gear icon) and they can toggle it off themselves.
