Located east of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, northeast of Edmonton International (CYEG).
I’ve owned this twice, and figured it’s a good start to an Edmonton area network. Then I ended up buying Airdrie (CEF4), which is ~150nm away and thus further away that I’d like to quick flights with light planes.
I bought it as a base to build an Alberta network. It’s about the right distance to Banff (CYBA) (~60 nm), but a little further than I’d like to Josephburg (CFB6) (~150 nm) for light planes.
