Cessna 172 Skyhawk

In FSE, the plane seats 3, and so works well for servicing 1-lot airfields (which generate up to 3 passengers).

I have seen them listed for v$100k and they were snapped up within hours. More typical prices start at v$150k.

One of the most popular planes in FSE, probably partly because it is one of the most used General Aviation and trainer planes in the real world, and it included in most simulators for this reason.

Fixed landing gear.

In MSFS, the base game includes this with a glass cockpit (the G1000). It thus includes a very capable GPS navigation system. The further bonus is that is you learn this setup, the same G1000 is used in the Cessna 208. In general, it flight very much like the Cessna 152: slow landing speeds, low stall speeds, and generally very forgiving. Respectable cruise speed of ~100 kts (or a hair higher). It’s fuel tank is twice that of the 152, and so it gets twice the range (in FSE, or 770 nm)!
